Terms and Conditions

Term and value

a)    Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-extendable.  The expiry date is on the gift certificate.  After this date, the gift certificate expires and can no longer be redeemed.

b)    Gift certificates are the sole responsibility of the client.  The Tranquil Touch Wellbeing does not accept responsibility if they are lost or mislaid.

c)     Gift certificates have no cash value.  No cash or other alternative is available for unredeemed Gift Certificates.

d)    Gift certificates cannot be sold or transferred to third parties without the prior written consent of The Tranquil Touch Wellbeing.  Doing so without our consent will immediately void the gift certificate and no refund will be provided.

2.     Redeeming gift certificates

a)    Gift certificates can only be redeemed by advance booking and are strictly subject to availability. 

b)    At the time of booking, the holder of the gift certificate is required to quote their gift certificate’s unique reference number and treatment preference.

c)     The gift certificate is valid for the specific length of treatment as indicated on the gift certificate.  If a longer duration of treatment is desired, please contact us as, subject to availability, this can be arranged for an additional fee.  

d)    Gift certificates must be redeemed in full at the time of booking and are valid for a single treatment.

e)    Gift certificates are not permitted to be used in conjunction with any other offers.

f)      The Gift certificate must be presented on arrival at The Tranquil Touch Wellbeing.  Altered, forged, defaced, damaged or otherwise tampered with gift certificates will not be accepted and the booking will be charged at an applicable rate.

g)    Once the booking is confirmed the gift certificate will be taken as redeemed and the The Tranquil Touch Wellbeing cancellation policy will apply.

3.     Other

a)    We reserve the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so for security, regulatory or other legal reasons.  Where possible, reasonable notice will be given via our website in advance.
